Testing Mobile Spect HTC ChaChaCha

After testing the first part HTC ChaChaCha where we talked about the physical part of the terminal, we went to a second part where the value of the user experience and software that gives this particular HTC device. started talking about the operating system. 2.3.3 Incorporate Android Gingerbread, one of the last update of the system of Google.

This makes the terminal has more power than most phones on the market with a superior material. It also comes with custom HTC Sense 2.1 'messenger' HTC Sense edition of this terminal. This version features Meaning of version 2.1, such as desktops, animations or customizations, and version 3.0, as is the screen lock ring with the famous and widgets that go with This will show us if we pending, such as SMS or email.

Testing Mobile Spect HTC ChaChaCha, HTC ChaCha

As for the pre-installed software and programs, depending on the HTC Sense. a custom versions of the desktop for HTC contacts, messages or email application. Of course, it comes with Google applications, GTalk, GMail. In addition to Google Maps or Google to take advantage of GPS navigation and never missed.

deserves special mention social networking section. Speaking of a telephone to an end user focused active in the world of Internet 2.0, HTC looks to social networks and applications with them in mind from the material as well. It allows us to connected with the social network. Press the means to share with our contacts a photo, a state, a website, chat. For you to use Facebook as a contact with your people, this phone has an incentive to have a unique function for this. Of course, integration with social networks do not stop there, Peep as a client for Twitter is also included in all HTC. In addition, HTC Sense allows you to synchronize and combine all of your phone book contacts, networking, messaging, Google. So do not lose track of someone.

Having a smaller screen than most HTC phones, the number of widgets available to add to your desktop is slightly different. The weather widget if you have animations but the screen resolution and inches, is bitter and is not as impressive as S with a HTC Sense Desire 2.1.

As with other multimedia features complete. We have already commented on GPS, but also FM radio and music player that you will enjoy hours of songs on the go. The camera, as shown below, takes good pictures. The autofocus and application of HTC Sense, you can take good pictures. The video quality, while not bad, this phone does not record in HD. It remains 720 x 480 pixels. Apparently it is the processor speed (800MHz) and RAM (512), which may something just to process the video quality.

Let's talk about your experience. The screen is small enough to navigate and free enough. Read the resolution was too small to be a little 'uncomfortable. But the use of messages, e-mail and write a physical keyboard is a joy. You can write very quickly and easily. The keyboard is very practical and useful, but perhaps enough for the arrows on the keyboard, giving more space to write, or the space bar.

battery life, and quite. 1250mAh for such a small screen, noticeable. While you can not play much with the resolution, use it to talk for hours on Gtalk does not make you an over-consumption of energy and cut the battery % dramatically.

Leave a performance test of others, but this time we can not show games that must the terminal.

Vodafone UK HTC EVO 3D landfills, Citing "Delays"

Vodafone UK HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO UK 3D

Thus ends Vodafone brief flirtation with the UK HTC EVO 3D . Almost one month to the day after the first network has announced its intention to conduct the first HTC 3D, it confirmed today that it will not sell the unit after all. According to Vodafone, this is due to delays in bringing the phone on the market. EVO 3D was originally due to launch in the UK this month, but recently a more conservative launch window in mid-September was reported by retailers to store the version of the phone without a SIM card.

Here's Voda's statement in full --

There’s been speculation recently regarding availability of HTC EVO 3D.
We can confirm that due to delays in the launch of the HTC EVO 3D, we no longer intend to include the device in our smartphone range. We’ll be contacting any customers who registered their interest shortly.

We realise this might come as a disappointment, but we’ve got some really exciting handsets in the pipeline. Keep an eye on our coming soon section for all the latest information about the products coming to Vodafone.

We can not help but wonder if any of them could rival LG 3D Optimus, which is already available in the UK and continental Europe. While this is bad news, you can always pick up a SIM card without 3D EVO September, and it is likely that other carriers British stage and pick up the device now that Vodafone is out of the picture.

Smartphone HTC Incredible S Reviews

Smartphone HTC Incredible S Reviews, Smartphone mobile, turbo phonecell, HTC Product Latest

So what has changed in the HTC Incredible S compared to its predecessor, the HTC Incredible? We all know that most high-end smartphones have recently launched a screen larger than 4 inches as the Thunderbolt HTC and Motorola Atrix 4G. Well, for starters, the screen is larger than its predecessor. HTC Incredible S has a 4-inch Super LCD (480 x 800 resolution), while HTC Incredible has a 3.7 inch screen.

A larger screen means more display when browsing the Internet and watching movies, nice huh? Audio is as important as the visuals, so the HTC Incredible S comes with SRS WOW HD audio for virtual surround sound to complete your video.

As far as performance is concerned, its quite similar to Xperia Play where the two have a single core CPU 1 GHz Qualcomm CPU and Adreno 205. The processor is sufficient to use, but we were disappointed there is no dual-core processor to boast, as in the 2x LG and Motorola Optimus Droid Bionic.

HTC Incredible S comes with 8 megapixel camera with autofocus and dual LED flash and can record 720p video. The handset comes with 1.1 GB of internal storage but can be expanded via a microSD memory card that is up to 32 GB in size.

HTC Incredible S has a sleek design with compact form factor and slim. Most HTC phonesmobile are already built with quality materials and sleek smooth curves, so there is not much that can be improved. An improvement can be molded to the back where he traces the shape of the internal components. Another feature to mention is sophisticated is that function keys can be rotated depending on the orientation of the phone. Its sleek look is further enhanced with the lack of physical buttons on the front panel.

So what has not changed, then? The camera is very much the same as in Incredible. We were not disappointed as the 8-megapixel camera with dual LED flash is already quite high end spec, so that's good enough for now. As terms of the OS, the HTC Incredible S would be shipping with Android 2.2, but it was confirmed that improvements in Android 2.3 Gingerbread is on his way. The user interface is always the same, using the user interface HTC Sense.

Not a bad idea given that most people have indicated that the HTC custom skin the user interface provides an interface widget based slick and intuitive. All important imformation are already displayed on the screen without launching the application.

Latest HTC Desire S Mobilephone

HTC Desire S, HTC Product, Market HTC, HTC Smartphone

HTC Desire S brings a breath of fresh air for the HTC Desire, which was announced in February 2010. There are some remarkable improvements - both inside and outside. First, it is slightly smaller than the old desire - about 4mm shorter and narrower 1mm.

In terms of the handshake, the HTC Desire S is well proportioned with the body and 3.7 inches thin, the HTC desire S and the feels even better because of the smaller size.

In terms of physical construction, the htc desire S comes with an impressive design aluminum unibody, similar to the Legend HTC, Google and Nokia N8 Nexus S. This exquisite solid build quality does not put extra weight for the phone. In fact, Desire S has reduced to 5 grams of Desire.

In terms of performance, it may seem similar to the old desire, for the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 1GHz CPU, but in reality, the characteristics of the desire for a S version of the second generation of the chip Snapdragon, which brings great improvements. One aspect worth noting is that the integration of a highly advanced GPU, the 205 S is Adreno Desire just as powerful as Google Nexus S in terms of raw performance.

In addition, Desire S RAM 50% more than the HTC Desire. Compared to HTC Desire, keys trackball and physical have been removed in the HTC S Desire, creating a look cleaner and more sophisticated. Instead, we have capacitive touch control has become a common feature of most smartphones.

Although currently the HTC S Desire is currently pre-installed with Android 2.2, the most likely HTC Desire S Android will ship with 2.3. Although both versions of Android might not be significantly different, but the Android 2.3 offers support for VoIP and video calls as well as a lot of new multimedia standards will be more welcome.

Facebook Phone HTC ChaCha Latest Reviews

Almost everyone connected with each other today, via Facebook, so HTC ChaCha came up with a brilliant idea to have a smartphone that has a dedicated button Facabook. So HTC ChaCha was designed. From the outside the HTC ChaCha seems totally different from the phone recently launched HTC Touch and more like a Blackberry phone, sporting a QWERTY keyboard and landscape screen relatively low. You can navigate through the phone or through the touch screen or keyboard. The 2.6 inch display with 480 × 320 pixels seems clear. The applications that came with the phone have been modified to take advantage of the landscape orientation of the screen.

For those who would like tweeting and SMS, this phone is a great buy. This phone is up to our expectations for typing quickly because the buttons were well spaced out and less prone to typing errors. The dedicated button on Facebook, located under the keyboard offers immediate access to the phone app for social networking. Once you get into the Facebook application, you are able to update your "Facebook status, Twitter and select photos to share online". Once your Facebook messages arrive, it will be displayed in the unified inbox with emails phone standards. Another nice feature is that your Facebook events on your calendar will be filled wall of the event and participants, including the address book shows the status of your contacts in Facebook Chat from HTC ChaCha.

For now, the iPhone and Android applications for Facebook is not so easy to use, so we expect this phone to improve our social interactions. However, this is not the only "Facebook phone" in the market right now that INQ Cloud, Q, another touchscreen phone with a QWERTY keyboard could provide strong competition in this category. In addition to the features of Facebook, This phone works like any other smartphone Android. 2.3.3 Running on Android, this phone takes advantage of the wide range of applications from the Android Market.

You are able to download and install games, widgets, programs on your phone, most available for free. You are also able to customize the widgets from your phone to your preferences, allowing you to do everything like viewing your photos to update your Facebook status without having to load an application. Web browsing functions as a major Android on this phone with one of the web browser the fastest and most accurate. If you are in online video, the good news is this phone supports Flash. To conclude, this phone is if you are a monster Facebook contrary do not bother because this phone has only mediocre specs.

HTC Wildfire S disadvantages

Introduction

Mini phones are hot and HTC don’t want you take Sony Ericsson’s word on that. What started as a small niche is now a segment that keeps growing – and one that no manufacturer can afford to ignore. Sony Ericsson have just announced their updated mini lineup while Samsung and LG routinely have more than one thing going on in the midrange.
HTC know they can’t afford to stop right in the middle of what they’ve been doing with the Wildfire, the Aria and the Gratia. Going all the way back to the Tattoo, which first put Android on the radar for budget shoppers.
There’s plenty of choice already for those who like their droid in a small package. The HTC Wildfire S seems to be aware of that and does well to make itself seen. The lively paintjobs and friendly compact size are the right features to show to potential buyers. The Wildfire S has found a way to further reduce size while keeping the same 3.2” screen.
One thing we should keep in mind though. HTC seem to be in power-saving mode currently with all their recent releases but facelifts offering minor improvements over predecessors. That holds true for the Wildfire S too, though this is not to say that it shouldn’t be on your list if you’re looking for the next hot mini. HTC seem to have worked exactly on the things that most needed improvement. Display is key here, HVGA finally bringing it to acceptable levels. CIF video-capture was upped to VGA and the phone runs the latest Android Gingerbread.
These things should give it enough value as an upgrade. The Wildfire S is well-designed and well-built – a colorful little droid to offer good bang for buck. Let’s look at what else the S stands for.

Key features

·                 Quad-band GSM and dual-band 3G support

·                 7.2 Mbps HSDPA, 384 Kbps HSUPA support

·                 3.2" 256K-color TFT capacitive touchscreen of HVGA (320 x 480 pixels) resolution

·                 600MHz Snapdragon MSM7227 CPU, Adreno 200 GPU; 418MB of user-available RAM

·                 Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread) with HTC Sense 2.1 UI

·                 Wi-Fi 802.11 b, g, n with hotspot functionality

·                 GPS with A-GPS connectivity; digital compass

·                 5 MP autofocus camera, LED flash, geotagging and face-detection

·                 VGA video @ 24fps

·                 microUSB port (charging) and stereo Bluetooth v3.0

·                 microSD slot (up to 32GB, 2GB in box)

·                 Standard 3.5 mm audio jack

·                 Accelerometer and proximity sensor

·                 Gorilla Glass display

·                 Stereo FM radio with RDS

·                 Light and compact

·                 Turn-to-mute, lift-to-tone-down, flip for speakerphone

·                 Smart dialing

·                 XviD video support

·                 HTCSense.com integration

·                 HTC Portable Hotspot

·                 Ultra-fast boot times (if you don’t remove battery)

Main disadvantages

·                 Poor camera performance

·                 No HD 720p video recording

·                 No shutter key for the camera

·                 No Adobe Flash player, Flash Lite only

·                 No Document viewer

·                 No secondary videocall camera

·                 No ambient light sensor

The Wildfire S is the usual all-round smartphone – with the latest Android inside at that – but now in an even friendlier shape. All work and no play wouldn’t do for the Wildfire S and HTC have added some twists to the old recipe to make it 2011-ready.
Balance was sought above all – no groundbreaking features are to be expected. Not in this price range, not in a pint-sized package. Minis are friendly and playful. Let’s see if the HTC Wildfire S matches the description

HTC Touch Pro2 disadvantages

Introduction

Amid talk of Android and would-be heroes we're about to revisit HTC on their hallowed PocketPC ground. Good things seem to come in pairs for the company while out-and-out upgrades are always good news for the user. With two jewels in the crown and two pros on the squad, HTC march towards PocketPC dominance and the Touch Pro2 looks like it has what it takes to lead the campaign.
More powerful gear and more impressive shell than the original Pro, HTC Touch Pro2 is in charge of the armored unit, while theDiamond2 tackles the infantry.
PocketPC is definitely the HTC game but it sure isn't a one horse race. The list of prominent number 2's is perhaps about to be continued with an XPERIA. On the other hand, the launch of the Touch Pro2 is perhaps timed just right to beat another major headliner from the Symbian camp - the nokia n97.
Anyway, that's just the background. The real thing is how the Touch Pro2 handles and performs. A number two can't be much of prophet we guess but a well-done upgrade can bring in enough profit.
Key features
  • Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support and HSDPA 7.2Mbps
  • 3.6" 65K-color touchscreen WVGA display
  • Five row full QWERTY side-sliding keyboard of brilliant ergonomics
  • Revamped TouchFLO 3D Home screen and gesture controls
  • Wi-Fi and built-in GPS receiver with A-GPS
  • Qualcomm MSM7200A 528 Mhz CPU and 288 MB DDR SDRAM
  • Dedicated graphics chip (64MB RAM reserved for graphics)
  • 3.15 MP auto focus camera
  • Active stylus
  • Touch-sensitive zoom bar
  • Standard miniUSB port and Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP
  • microSD memory expansion
  • TV out
  • Teeter game aboard
  • Cool YouTube client
  • Excellent video playback
  • MS Office Mobile document editor
  • Opera 9.5 web browser
Main disadvantages
  • Considerable size and weight
  • Average sunlight legibility
  • No standard 3.5mm audio jack
  • Poor camera performance
  • No camera flash
  • No FM radio by default (can be enabled with unofficial third-party software)
Talking upgrade, the HTC Touch Pro2 takes a leap forward in screen terms pumping up both resolution and size. It inherits the original Touch Pro but stands on the shoulders of a TytN too. The return of the tilting screen will sure be cheered. Now, add the revamped and improved exterior and you've got upgraders by the balls.
Oh, and that TouchFLO UI facelift we got a  glimpse of on the new Diamond2 is just begging for another shot. So, the upgrade kit is all there but justifying the extra dime is the real deal and that's exactly what we are about to check.
We hailed the new Diamond and as long as the new Pro follows suit it sure has nothing to fear. But it'd better be keen on action and fit to play along, cause we're not letting it go unchallenged. Unboxing starts right after the jump.

HTC Touch Diamond2 disadvantages

Introduction

HTC Touch Diamond2 is next on our roll call of MWC debuts but this time it's less about the brand spanking novelty and more about balanced and sensible upgrades. People tend to have second thoughts about sequels but this one here is signed by HTC and may as well be the director's cut of a blockbuster.
It is only recently that Windows Mobile fans are receiving the treatment they deserve after years of undeserved exile. The WinMo devices are no longer stigmatized as ugly bricks with awkward handling and HTC are one of the main agents of this change. The HTC Touch Diamond was one of the most complete devices and its stand-out styling earned it well deserved popularity.
We now welcome its successor, somewhat insipidly named HTC Touch Diamond2. Improving the functionality of the original Diamond, the Diamond2 comes with rather different design that is certain to raise some degree of discussion. But it's the performance that will make the difference between a mere Number 2 and a real gem.

The HTC Touch Diamond2 outdoes its predecessor with a larger and higher-res screen, a vastly superior camera and more RAM. The TouchFLO 3D UI has also been improved and now covers the underlying Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional OS from tip to toe. Sounds like a decent update with a keen eye on the competition too, which is getting stiffer by the day.
While the original Diamond had only the Samsung i900 Omnia to tackle, the HTC Touch Diamond2 faces a tougher battle. With a few new arrivals on the touchscreen market (Symbian S60, Android and BlackBerry OS have all jumped in) the Diamond2 will need spotless performance to match its predecessor's success.
There is quite a lot to test so let's not waste any more time. On the next page we open the box and meet the contender. Will it be diamond hard or will it crumble under the lightest of touches?
